 rrent Dean of the School of Law at the Singapore University of Social Scien
 ces. He has practiced law in one form or another for over 4 decades. He was
  appointed Senior Counsel in 2000. In 2007 he was appointed a judge in the 
 State Courts where he remained until his retirement in 2014.  At the State 
 Courts he was the Senior District Judge leading the Civil Justice Division.
   He retired from the judiciary in 2014. Upon his retirement from the Singa
 pore Legal Service, he returned to law practice. Currently, he is a Senior 
 Consultant at RHT Law Asia LLP.  He has an active practice as an arbitrator
  in International Commercial Arbitrations.\n\n\n\n Mr. Chew Xiang – Partner

 y Partner at Rajah &amp; Tann Singapore with significant experience in a ra

 t influential lawyers aged 40 and under by Singapore Business Review in 201
 9. Chew Xiang was formerly a journalist and served as a Justices’ Law Clerk
  before joining Rajah &amp; Tann Singapore LLP in 2015, and was placed on t
 he Supreme Court’s Young Amicus Curiae Scheme in 2017 where he assisted the
  High Court on two appeals relating to the Prevention of Corruption Act. \n
 \n Mr. Jonathan Ellis - Managing Director, Secretariat International\nMr. J
 onathan Ellis is a managing director with Secretariat and is based in Singa
 pore. He specialises in the quantification of damages and valuations, in pa
 rticular in dispute contexts. He has worked on matters before the UK and Si
 ngapore High Courts as well as in ad hoc, SIAC, LCIA, ICC, HKIAC, UNCITRAL 
 and ICSID arbitration forums. He has provided oral testimony on a number of
  occasions, in both court and arbitration, and has been engaged as a tribun

  subject to the Organisers being notified at least 7 working days before th
 e Event of the substitute delegate. Proposed substitute delegates for the E

 Event and the Organisers reserve absolute discretion as to whether to accep
 t such substitute delegate based on the information provided.</span></div><

 nation Status is not required for admission to the Event and Safe Managemen

 Health (Singapore) leading up to the Event, the Organisers will be in touch
