DESCRIPTION:APIEx is pleased to announce the launch of its Professional Indemnity (PI) 
 Insurance Scheme for its Expert members with effect from 1 October 2025, of
 fered in collaboration with Chubb and administered by Lockton.\nThis is the
  result of many years of behind-the-scenes groundwork and negotiations.  It
 s materialisation is a key milestone in the development of APIEx and signif
 ies the important role APIEx plays within the expert witness community and 
 in the dispute resolution space today.\nA quick snapshot of the various pre
 mium options and indemnity limits is set out below:\n\nAs members would not

 ng the initial enrollment period till October 2025, for coverage from enrol
