Jonathan Ellis is a forensic accountant with nearly two decades of experience. He has been appointed as an expert on more than 25 occasions. Jonathan has acted as expert on matters before the UK and Singapore High Courts as well as in ad hoc, SIAC, LCIA, ICC, HKIAC, UNCITRAL and ICSID arbitration forums. He has provided oral testimony on numerous occasions, in both court and arbitration, and has been engaged as a tribunal appointed expert.

Iain Potter is a Chartered Accountant, qualified in both the UK (ICAEW) and Singapore (ISCA), specializing in complex loss of profit and valuation engagements and he has been based in Singapore since 2014. During his time in Europe and Asia, Iain has worked on cases involving a wide range of industries across six continents. Much of Iain’s experience is as a party appointed damages expert in international commercial arbitration matters and he has been personally appointed as an expert in ICC, LCIA, PCA and SIAC proceedings.
