If you are searching for a technical or valuation expert in the field of IP and technology, you may also wish to consider the List of Experts maintained by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS). In September 2022, APIEx signed a MOU with IPOS to jointly promote and train technical and valuation experts for IP and technology disputes. The individuals listed on IPOS’ List of Experts need to meet certain requirements and must have attended IPOS’ Acting as an Expert course and/or have prior experience acting as an expert witness or assessor. They are also eligible to join the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) List of Neutrals.
