APIEx launched its Professional Indemnity (PI) Insurance Scheme for its Expert members on 1 October 2025, offered in collaboration with Chubb and administered by Lockton.

This is the result of many years of behind-the-scenes groundwork and negotiations. Its materialisation is a key milestone in the development of APIEx and signifies the important role APIEx plays within the expert witness community and in the dispute resolution space today.

The next policy cycle will be from 01 July 2026 to 31 December 2026
