Seminar Synopsis
In this seminar we will explore the issues that can arise from the provision of expert evidence, both when experts do not fully consider all of the facts presented (either through their own omission, through limitation of their scope, or through their instructions) and when their evidence has additional consequences. Additionally, the panel will explore the immunity of experts and the circumstances when this immunity may not hold, including the issues of trying to limit liability.
